Key Responsibilities:
- Define and update process documentation, SOPs in line with quality and efficiency standards.
- Work with AE team for quotation and samples on time and in full.
- New product development meeting customer needs and projects schedule.
- Technical troubleshooting, continues improvement and tech support to shop floor and other departments.
- Design, optimize, and validate fixtures, tooling, and equipment to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
- In charge of major new capability Capex investment projects.
- Involve in improvement activity based on requirement from pillars, lead or participate in Continuous improvement projects to meet saving targets.
- Operators training and qualification.
- Work with quality department on improving product quality control level matching customer needs.
- Work with maintenance department in equipment improvement and maintenance.
- Follow the EHS risk assessment and MOC to control the existing /new process safety, ergonomic risks and environment impacts.
- On time report C+1 to Process supervisor.
Qualification Requirements：
* Typical Education Level ：
- BS or Master of Polymer Materials.
* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills：
- 1 years work experience of plastic min, 3+ years of work experience preferred.
- Major in powder formula related to food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic or other related industries
- Know of powder-related process and be familiar with mold structure and design software preferred.
- Analysis product defect and give clear solution and carry out measure strictly.
- Solid background in project management, new products development.
- Good English communication level in both writing and speaking.
- Knowledge of Standard of Auto industry like 5 tools would be a plus.
