内控审计财务/审计/税务
职责描述:
1.Internal Control and Risk Management
a)Stay tune on new internal control topics and trends, be mindful on new risk trends and possible business impacts.
b)Organize ICRM work: risk analysis, gap analysis, segregation of duties & access rights analysis for all plants and departments within SG China, support and follow up action plans with each department head within the committed due date.
c)Assist management to monitor proper implementation of ICRF/ITAC…
d)Provide support to plants/departments in scope on Internal Control subjects and promote “Internal Control by design” in significant projects.
e)Periodically and ad hoc audit the control process & documentation and prepare the internal control report.
f)Assist in External/Internal audit works when they visited and coordinate with functional departments to follow up the audit issues with action plan and remediation progress.
2.Data & Analytics
a)Design and build up mathematical model for big data generated and collected from both external and internal data source.
b)Communicate and understand the workflow and system for functional department, Coordinate and work closely with Digital & IT team as well as key business partners to drive thoughtful analysis and help department improve their workflow.
c)Set up and improve analysis system, follow up model execution, optimize algorithmic and strategy, to provide intelligent solution.
d)Support management team to optimize business process and improve profits.
3.Temporary Project Manager
Lead and manage the project lifecycle from investigation to prototype development, testing, training, and go-live, being business partners with other departments.
岗位要求:
1. Bachelor, prefer MBA, prefer the major in Finance/ Audit, Statistic, Mathematics
2. At least 8 years’ working experience with more than 5 years in internal control or audit or data analysis position, Big 4 experience is plus.
3. Open minded, team work spirit, quick to learn
4. Good communication skills to all levels of the organization
5. Highly analytical, detail oriented and keen business acumen
6. Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a dynamic, ever-growing environment.
