Full-Time English & History Teacher (For Foreign Teacher)

Location: Beijing OCAHS International Academy
Start Date: August 2025

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced English & History Teacher to join our high school team at Beijing OCAHS International Academy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in language or social sciences, a commitment to student-centered learning, and the ability to foster an engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in English and History for high school students.
- Develop lesson plans, assessments, and materials aligned with international curriculum standards.
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and cross-cultural understanding in the classroom.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Language, Social Sciences, History, or a related field .
- Prior high school teaching experience (international school experience preferred).
- Native English speaker or fluent with a standard English accent .
- Cooperative, flexible, and open-minded personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: 25,000–30,000 RMB (negotiable based on qualifications).
- Paid vacations: Half salary during winter/summer breaks (when no school work is arranged).
- Travel allowance: 10,000 RMB per year.
- Work visa sponsorship provided.
