Shipping Supervisor 船务主管

Job Duties：
1. According to the shipment situation reasonable arrangement of logistics and transportation operations, the development of shipping plans;
2. Responsible for checking the company's freight rates and coordinating with the business department to make regional freight quotes and control costs;
3. Coordinate the delivery date and delivery date of the goods of the business department and the supply chain;
4. Control supply chain delivery according to business department and customer requirements;
5. To freight forwarder, express company inquiry, booking, etc.;
6, Responsible for communicating with domestic and foreign agents to contact the specific matters of goods delivery;
7. Responsible for the shipment, customs clearance and transportation status tracking of all goods;
8, Coordinate trailer, customs clearance, booking related issues, timely feedback;
9. Coordinate, manage and guide related work of the department;
10. Complete other temporary work assigned by the company
Job Requirements:
1. Must have work experience of at least 5 years in shipping & logistics including at least 2 years as supervisor.
2. Good knowledge of worldwide shipping terms
3. Fluent English and Chinese spoken and written.
4. Experience of working in a big trading company is preferred.
5. Must have shipping experience of European markets.
