DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES

Act with resiliency in the relentless hunt for new export sales opportunities of soy proteins as food ingredients.
Generate profitable sales by selling solutions that meet the customer's needs
Prepare, present and own the bottom-up sales planning process for assigned Accounts
Build effective proposals, based on customer needs, insights and the customer's decision criteria
Build strategic relationships with decision makers in assigned accounts
Gain 'commitment to buy' from customers
Take accountability for delivering against sales targets
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree preferred and/or the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above functions
Interest in B2B export sales
Fluent English
Ability to work towards long-term goals
Well organized, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
Have a positive attitude to work and be happy to work individually and as part of a team
