We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandising Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, international work environment.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities：
• 与供应商沟通产品信息、报价及交期
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers regarding product details, pricing, and timelines
• 组织样品的收集和寄送
Organize and manage the collection and shipment of product samples
• 跟踪产品流程，确保交期与品质
Monitor the product development and production process to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• 协助产品开发，支持团队日常工作
Assist in new product development and support the merchandising team in daily operations
• 维护项目资料与文档记录
Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project

岗位要求 / Requirements：
• 良好的英文听说读写能力，懂葡语者优先
Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a strong plus
• 较强的组织与时间管理能力
Strong organizational and time-management skills
• 良好的沟通能力与解决问题的能力
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• 具备抗压能力和较强的耐力，能胜任高强度的工作节奏
Ability to work under pressure and maintain stamina in a fast-paced environment
• 有相关业务、采购或跟单经验者优先考虑
Experience in merchandising, sourcing, or related fields is preferred
• 能够独立工作，也能良好配合团队
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
