职位描述 / Job Description:
我们正在寻找一名具有国际市场经验的供应商管理专员，负责根据国外客户的需求寻找并管理供应商。
主要职责 / Key Responsibilities:
• 根据国外客户的需求，筛选、评估并寻找合适的供应商。
Identify, evaluate, and source suitable suppliers based on foreign customers’ requirements.
• 与潜在供应商进行沟通，收集产品报价、交货期、质量保证等信息。
Communicate with potential suppliers to gather product quotes, delivery timelines, and quality assurances.
• 协助客户制定采购方案，确保满足客户的产品质量和交货期要求。
Assist customers in developing procurement plans that meet their product quality and delivery requirements.
• 参与供应商谈判，确保最优采购价格和条件。
Participate in supplier negotiations to secure the best prices and terms.
• 定期监控供应商的交货表现，并解决任何潜在的供应链问题。
Monitor supplier delivery performance and address any potential supply chain issues.
• 维护与供应商的长期合作关系，确保供应链的顺畅运作。
Maintain long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
任职要求 / Job Requirements:
• 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、国际贸易、或相关专业优先。
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• 至少两年与国外客户合作的供应商管理经验。
At least 2 years of experience in supplier management with foreign clients.
• 熟悉国际市场采购流程及相关法规。
Familiar with international procurement processes and relevant regulations.
• 优秀的英语沟通能力，能够与国外客户和供应商进行顺畅沟通。
Excellent English communication skills, capable of smooth communication with foreign clients and suppliers.
• 良好的谈判技巧，能够为公司争取最佳采购条件。
Strong negotiation skills, able to secure the best procurement terms for the company.
• 具有团队合作精神，能在快节奏环境中高效工作。
Team player, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
