Assembly Quality Control Engineer 装配质量控制工程师

-Ensures adherence to all defined Quality guidelines, standards, regulations and processes defined for production and products. Achieve scrupulous in working, coordinate each department to do well the quality, guarantee the quality of products for company

-Analyze the NC products and find the causes, in order to complete the own job better. Decides on Quality cases, in cooperation with responsible Quality and/or Production Management.

-Cooperates with external authorities and external auditors, and implements measures to remedy stated nonconformities.

-Supports improvement of production effectiveness and reliability, in cooperation with Industrial Engineering.

-Process control of assembly, testing, pianting processes (industry, FiDT, Marine products)

-Completed the job active which the superior hand to, report the trouble and staus of examine to the superior in time

-Coordinate the development and implementation of quality improvement plans, identify quality risks in production processes, and optimize workflows through data analysis (e.g., SPC, 8D reports);

Qualifications:

-Good knowledge and experience in the mechanical industry

-Fluent English reading and writing

-Data analysis skill / SPC experience etc is preferred

-Electrical industry(especially motor manufacturing) expenence is a plus
