Production Supervisor 生产主管

➢Daily check shop - floor safety rule compliance and promptly correct unsafe points.

➢Shoulder the duty of promoting EHS continuously within the workshop, to meet EHS related KPI.
➢Daily check quality issues, work together with CFT to define and take corrective actions.
➢Attend CFT weekly meeting and review quality related status.
➢Keep improving FPY, decreasing the scrap rate, and handling customer claims to meet quality KPIs.
➢Ensure production system to meet IATF16949/ISO14001 and other quality requirements.
➢Lead daily CFT fast response meetings and ensure improvement actions are implemented.
➢Monitor WIP for optimal inventory levels.
➢Collaborate with planners for weekly production plans and manage production to meet targets and to ensure delivery.
➢To monitor compliance with operation standard.
➢Process improvement activity through daily tracking OEE%.
➢Enhance leadership skills for production leaders and foster good teamwork in the workshop.
➢Oversee operator certification education and evaluation.
➢Handle headcount planning and execution to manage overtime to achieve targets.
➢Constantly push forward cost reduction and lean manufacturing in the production area.
