Mechanical Engineer 机械工程师

Responsibilities:
1. Perform comprehensive mechanical analysis for the drawing from customer and supplier and giving solution at NPI stage.
2. Support RFQ Engineer for mechanical and packaging parts design analysis.
3. Support new technical capabilities samples making.
4. Following up the progress of tooling build/modification through sample approval process.
5. Providing solution for mechanical assembly issue for production at NPI/MP stage.
6. Providing mechanical drawings/Spec for tailed-made parts if necessary.
7. Providing packaging design for new product and CIP project.
8. Participate in supplier’s evaluation.
9. Participating in the related meeting of NPI and implementing the final decisions made.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor above and major in Macromolecule Material or Mechanical/Mold.
2. At least 2 years working experiences in precision injection field and package design.
3. Familiar with characteristics of medical materials such as PE, PVC, PS, ABS, PC, PP, PTFE, PA, POM, ABS, PP, PC, PBT etc.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks/Pro-E, and MS office.
5. Knowledge of ISO & FDA compliance is an advantage.
