KA大客户企业客户区域销售面销/陌拜代理商销售工业自动化仪器仪表制造
工作职责：
1.在本地区负责邦纳产品的市场开拓和客户维护工作。
Responsible for the market development and customer maintenance of Banner products in the region.
2.落实公司的销售计划并完成年度销售指标。
Implement the company's sales plan and complete the annual sales target.
3.管理维护已有代理商，并促使其完成销售任务。
Manage and maintain existing agents and promote them to complete sales tasks.
4.挖掘新的潜力合作伙伴，并开发出有价值的代理商。
Tap new potential partners and develop valuable agents.
5. 及时了解竞争对手的市场动态。
Keep abreast of the market dynamics of competitors.
6. 提升自身的提案能力，为客户提供优质的解决方案。
Improve their own proposal capabilities and provide customers with high-quality
solutions.
任职要求：

任职要求：
1.具有大学专科及以上学历，工业电气自动化或相关专业大学毕业优先考虑；
University degree in industrial electrical automation or related majors; Have a bachelor's degree.
2.2-3年以上工业自动化或相关领域销售工作经验，特别是具有传感器类产品销售经验者优先考虑；
More than 2-3 years of sales experience in industrial automation or related fields, especially those with sales experience in sensor products will be given priority.
3.具备经销商管理经验和能力，并与经销商建立良好的合作关系
Have experience and ability in dealer management and establish good cooperative relationships with dealers .
4.具备一定的客户开发能力，并有成功开发的案例；
Possess certain customer development capabilities and have successful development cases.
5.勤奋、有韧性，对于销售工作有一定的热情;
Diligent and resilient, with a certain enthusiasm for sales work.
6. 认同Banner的经营理念与文化。
Agree with Banner's business philosophy and culture.
2.2-3年以上工业自动化或相关领域销售工作经验，特别是具有传感器类产品销售经验者优先考虑；
More than 2-3 years of sales experience in industrial automation or related fields, especially those with sales experience in sensor products will be given priority.
3.具备经销商管理经验和能力，并与经销商建立良好的合作关系
