· Having 1-2 years’ experience in folding carton production. 在生产纸盒领域工作1年以上
· Understand in die making. 懂得模切知识
This individual has been responsible for the set-up, make-ready, Bobst or MK die cutter.
该候选人曾经负责过博斯特或者长荣模切机的 组装，排版。
Accountabilities – technical

· Interpret job layout information and project specs and requirements. 能够详细叙述工作职责和曾经做过的项目要求。
· Make-ready and setup to adjust equipment.负责过设备调试
· Maintain quality standards throughout the die-cutting process.在模切过程中保持高质量的标准
· Must be able to make necessary adjustments on dies. 会修版
· Must be competent in the full make ready process 胜任前序准备工作
· Must be able to understand the correct calculations for crease matrix, crease rule heights and cutting rules. 会根据不同纸张选择合适的压痕线，钢刀和钢线。
· Must understand 1mm thin plates. 熟悉1mm的模切钢板
· Must understand ejection rubbers. 熟悉防爆胶条的使用
· Must be able to lock-up dies. 会锁板
· Must be able to set Stripper. 会排版
· Performs preventative maintenance on die-cutting machinery. 会对模切机进行预防性维护
