现场服务电气工程师

1.Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of presses for wood based panels/Nuclear reactor pressure vessel bolt MST. 现场为木质板材压机/核电反应堆压力容器螺栓拉伸机提供安装、验证及调试服务。
2. Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs. 实地进行手动故障排除、服务及维修工作。
3. Provide high level technical support to internal/external customers on customers' location. 在客户现场向内外部客户提供高等级技术支持。
4. Provide on-site training to the customers. 为客户提供现场培训。
5. Support/develop Service technical documentation. 支持/开发服务技术文档。
6. Create and maintain service information in the company database. 在公司数据库中创建并维护服务信息。
7. Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits. 及时且专业地处理现场服务呼叫及由现场服务访问产生的问题。
8. Timely complete and submit all required paperwork. 及时完成并提交所有必需的文件。
9. Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions. 与客户沟通以确保满意，并实施任何必要的纠正措施。
10. Good communication with the headquarter. 与总部保持良好沟通。
