1. Responsible for the supplier on-site inspection for critical components according to the outsourcing list
根据外协件清单对供应商的关键物料进行现场检验和发货批准。
2. Together with purchaser to analysis the open PO list then decide the tracking plan and priority, and support for tracking on time delivery from supplier.
与采购一起分析未交付订单并制定监制计划及优先级, 并协助跟踪供应商及时交付。
3. Tracking the supplier NC case, work with supplier to analysis root cause and make corrective actions
跟踪供应商质量投诉件的处理结果, 协助供应商分析根本原因并制定改善措施。
4. familiar with supplier management related procedures, evaluate suppliers regularly with purchasing; advise purchasing department about supplier performance.
熟悉供应商管理相关流程，与采购一起定期评估供应商质量表现；并为采购提供供应商管理建议
5. Perform supplier on-site audit, and keep tacking the supplier improvements
实施供应商现场审核，并持续推进供应商改善。
6. Know how supporting to supplier for critical components
供应商关键零部件的技术支持。
7. Monitoring supplier production process, identify and control the key process of supplier.
监控供应商生产过程，识别并控制关键工序。
8. Finish the task assigned by managers.
完成上级安排的其他任务。
College degree or above, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree will be better
Working Experience:
学历要求：本科及以上学历，机械设计专业优先。
1. With basic mechanical product and process Knowleage, eg: welding, casting.
具备基础的机械加件及主要加工工艺知识，如：焊接、铸造等。
2. Strong capability of judge and solve problems on supplier site.
较强的独立思考和分析问题解决问题的能力。
3. Strong execution ability and clear thinking base on improvement
执行力强，思路清晰。
4. Good English skills
良好的英文听说读写能力。
5. Can adapt to frequent business trip.
可适应频繁出差。
