采购/Buyer

岗位职责
1、负责其相关工程及产品的采购与销售，并跟进相关的生产及销售进度；
2、与物流部门协调，安排货物的运输与进出口；
3、 与QC 部门协调， 安排QC做好相关品质检验工作；
4、根据客户的要求，拜访工厂，与工厂谈判，对比报价；
5、拜访客户，调查了解客户相关需求，提出方案；
6、能够发现实际工作中的问题，并结合情况做出合理性的建议；
7、调查研究客户的相关意向，为公司决策及相关部门工作提供可靠依据；
8、做好本责范围内的文件的归档管理；
9、完成临时交办的其他工作。
任职资格
1、专科及以上学历，市场营销，国际贸易等相关专业； 能熟练用英文进行沟通，写作；
2、 3年以上建材装饰或家具类行业销售经验；
3、具有丰富的工厂资源和客户关系尤佳；
4、具备较强的市场分析、营销能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力
5、较强分析和解决问题的能力；
6、愿意出外勤，适应长时间出差
7、具备较强的工作积极性和主动服务的意识；
8、具备独立处理复杂问题和危急事件的能力；
9、具备较强的工作责任心，具有较强的压力承受能力
10、出色的语言表达能力与沟通协调能力；
11、熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备.
Responsibilities
Responsible for purchase and sales of the related projects and products, follow up the production and sales progress;
Coordinate with logistics department, arrange the merchandise import and export transportation;
Coordinate with QC department, arrange the quality inspection;
Visit factories, negotiate and compare the price according to clients requirement
Visit clients, investigate and acknowledge the clients demands, put forward proposals;
Find out the problems in work, give reasonable suggestions accordingly;
Investigate the clients' intends, provide reliable basis for decision-making.
Paperwork related for the position;
Complete other temporary work assigned.
Requirements
Above college degree in Marketing, International Trade or related field, fluent English communication and writing;
3 years sales experience in building material or furniture industry, experience in wooden products, doors is preferred;
Rich factories recourses is preferred;
Good capabilities in market analysis, communication, coordination;
Good analytical & problem-solving skills;
Be adapt to long term travel;
Active work attitude and good sense of service;
Ability of tackle complex issues and emergencies independently;
Strong responsibility of work, can work under pressure;
Excellent language competence and communication skills;
Good computer skill in Windows Office and Email .
