焊接工程师

•Follow up and maintain the welding quality system in accordance with ISO3834-2 in CHZ production.
根据ISO3834-2的要求跟踪并维护CHZ工厂的焊接质量体系。
•Maintain and monitor WPQ and PQR for all welding processes and welders in CHZ production to meet project and standard& code requirements
维护并关注CHZ工厂所有的焊接工艺评定以及焊工资质以满足项目以及相应标准规范的要求。
•Create welding related process and procedure in accordance with CHZ products codes and standards requirement to meet project and product deliveries.
根据常州产品规范以及标准的要求编制焊接相关的工艺及程序以满足项目以及产品交付的要求。
•Maintain and monitor all welders qualification and term of validity in accordance with different codes and standards. Keep welders in good capability by regular training and examination.
根据不同的规范以及标准要求，维护并管理所有CHZ工厂的焊工资质, 通过定期的培训及考试以确保他们的作业能力。
•Continuous improvement on process & welding team development related to welding quality by regular check and review.
通过定期的检查和评估，持续改善焊接质量相关的流程以满足客户要求。
•Welding quality assurance and quality defects/problems solving by working with production, NDE, engineering and equipment team etc.
通过与相关职能的合作促进焊接质量的保证以及焊接质量缺陷/问题的解决。
•Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
完成上级交待的其他任务。

Others
•Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system and ISO3834 welding quality system.
熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系以及ISO3834焊接质量体系。 •Knowledge of welding process and standards in accordance with CHZ products code and regulation GB/ASME/PED, standards GB/ISO/EN/ASME.

了解焊接相关的工艺、标准包括国标，ASME，PED等。 •Knowledge of common machinery manufacturing e.g. casting, machining and welding as well as NDE related etc.

了解一定的机械制造知识如铸造，机加工，焊接以及无损检测等。 •Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.

理解并严格遵守公司的规章、制度、政策、说明、流程，以确保行为表现符合公司的期望并能达到工作绩效的要求以避免产生不必要的冲突。
•Have awareness of ISO14001 & ISO45001 quality system.
具有ISO14001&ISO45001环境以及职业健康安全管理体系意识。
•Engage in quality & safety management and support work of mechanical products.
从事与机械类产品的生产相关的质量安全管理和支持工作。

Job Requirement:

•At least five years working experience in welding related.

至少5年焊接相关工作经验。

•Certified IWE is preferred.

最好通过国际焊接工程师认证。

•Able to do the daily work in English.

基本能使用英语进行日常工作。

•Excellent computer skill.

能熟练使用电脑进行日常工作。

•Preferred majors: Mechanical Engineer or welding engineer.

专业要求：机械工程师或焊接工程师。

•Familiar with ISOstandards, ASME,Chinese National Standards and EN/PED

熟悉ISO标准,ASME,固定式常州产品安全技术监察规程和EN/PED.

•Familiar with quality control systems in machinery industry.

熟悉机械行业的质量控制体系。
