工作职责
YOUR TASKS
• Conduct standard tests (e.g., temperature-humidity cycling, thermal shock, vibration, salt spray, dust & water resistance tests) and special tests (e.g., strain measurement, cross-section analysis) as required by internal and external customers;按内部及外部客户需求，执行温湿度循环、冷热冲击、振动、盐雾、防尘防水等标准测试，以及应变测量、切片分析等专项测试服务；
• Constructing test set-up, developing test plans, tracking progress and completing respective task in time according to Hella & customer requirements. 根据海拉及客户要求搭建测试装置，制定测试计划，跟踪进度，按时完成各项任务。
• Responsible for accepting, checking and registering of testing samples and storage or scrapping or returning the samples after testing etc. 负责检测样品的接受，查验和登记以及试验后样品的管理 (保存，报废，归还等)。
• Strictly following test specification to perform tests to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of test data. 严格按照试验规范执行试验，保证试验数据的真实性和准确性。
• Completing the analysis of test data as required, record and upload the test data to the system in time, and report the trend data deviation按照要求完成试验数据的分析工作，及时做好试验数据的记录并上传系统，对趋势性的数据偏移负有报告责任。
• Issuing test report according to customer requirements and management regulations按照客户要求和管理规定出具试验报告。
• Actively participating in the training arranged by the laboratory, continuously improving the quality awareness and test ability, and actively accepting the supervision and guidance of the supervisor积极参加实验室安排的培训，不断提高质量意识和试验能力，主动接受监督员的监督和指导。
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
• Major in science and engineering理工科相关专业。
• Less than 2 years working experience, especially in testing of laboratory.
2年以下工作经验，特别是检测方面。
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external parties.
具备与团队成员和外部各方合作的有效沟通技能。
• Have basic English written and reading skills.
