飞机机械维修技师 Aircraft Mechanic

Job Description:
- Perform mechanical interventions (equipment installation, replacement, rework, repair, cannibalization, etc...) in accordance with the technical files or documents, on any Plant MCA on behalf of X-Plant FAL-C Support Team in FAL China.
- Perform the periodic tasks defined by the manufacturer and/or customer.
- Know & understand the rules, procedures and processes corresponding to the customer intervention site and to DAHER.
- Know how to find the referential documents (80T, IPDA, AIPI, drawing…).
- Fill intervention card prior any intervention on aircraft and take it during intervention.
- For cannibalization, after removal, the borrower attaches a cannibalization removal label, duly filled in, at the location from which the part was removed.
- Carrying out any mechanical repairs, system rework (replacement of equipments, flaps, slats, etc...) (including sealant, anti-corrosion painting and paint touch up) on any Plants MCA, In Accordance With Manufacturing Engineering working instructions.
- Attest all mechanical tasks completed, record in SAP PCH, S99, TLB, PDA OMI, on paper documents like DAHER Work Order Sheet (SPD13) etc.
- Verify the conformity of the job with the help of the generic reference and specifications defined in the technical work documentation.
- Perform transfer box inventory before each A/C intervention, then check it at end of work.
Position Required:
- Fluent in English.
- Previous experience in aircraft mechanic.
- Day shift is 7:30 am to 16:00 pm；late shift is 3pm to 11pm, but must be flexible to periodically work overtime as needed.
- Resume both Chinese and English.
