高级业务跟单（面料）

The Senior Merchandiser leads the end-to-end sourcing critical time path through working together with team members, internal stakeholders and third party providers to plan, coordinate and execute efficient sourcing & new product development activities.
To source products ensuring competitive costs of goods whilst optimizing the cost of doing business to deliver the best end-to-end solution for the company.
Responsibilities：
1. Action sourcing for strategic category business plans
2. btain quotes comparing costs from various vendors
3. Organise buying trips in conjunction with the buyer
4. Source new suppliers for buyers to review
5. Better Knowledge of mandatory standards for categories within your portfolio
6. Review & approve all product samples & packaging prior to on forwarding to onshore with recommendations
7. In-line and final production inspection when required, approve commencement of bulk production
8. Assist buyer with price negotiations
9. Assist buyer in selecting products
10. Conduct factory audits
11. Follow up corrective action plans with suppliers
12. Periodically carry out operational and performance reviews to maintain a consistent quality assured supplier base
13. Identify mandatory standards & technical requirements for new product development & packaging to ensure all product is compliant with these requirements
14. Management of team-development and mentor: Merchandiser and Assistant Merchandiser
Qualification：
1. College degree and above
2. At least 8 years’ experience in related area
3. Fluent English with both verbal and written
4. Solid Sourcing and negotiating ability
5. Hands-on computer knowledge in MS word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
6. Good communication skill and know how to deal with different personalities
7. Organizing and good time-managing skills
8. Good leadership skills and sets good example for collaborating with others
9. Demonstrate a high sense of initiative, hardworking and responsible
10. Work under tight timeline

工作职责：
1、 通过buyer和SourcingManager给与的信息制作高标准的产品及包装简介
2、 及时与buyer、供应商及采购团队成团联系，安排好整个团队与供应商的拜访行程
3、 及时跟新SAP系统中关于产品的信息
4、 紧跟时间安排及商业准则，在SAP中制作采购单，并及时告知供应商
5、 密切与供应商联系以确保产品运输没有任何问题，同时及时与主管汇报有关大货出货中的问题
6、 负责样品的寄送与收取
7、 维护跟踪产品的测试报告，以确保产品的报告严格遵守强制性的标准，并及时跟新及归档
8、 安排供应商验货及验厂相关事宜
任职要求：
1、3年左右的家居家纺相关经验，熟悉跟单流程
2、工作认真负责，勤快，良好的工作态度
3、英语良好，能熟练使用英文邮件进日常工作沟通，口语良好者佳
