ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will also be responsible for but not limiting to the following duties:
l Overall sales operations and customer service support to Sales function from Customer esquires
l Review and sign commercial contracts with channel partners or customers
l Be responsible for the whole process of customer order fulfillment from order, shipment delivery to customer, compliant settlement
l Review backlog with sales &channel partner to provide reliable sales forecast
l Work with team leader to ensure Smooth operations and resolve any operational problems to improve customer satisfactions while meeting sales operations KPI.
l Follow policies procedures processes and work flow as per company guidelines.
l Work cross function to ensure that customer needs can be fulfilled in time. Work closely with QRA team to ensure the daily operation 100% complied with GSP&NMPA requirement.
l Support team leader to optimize commercial operations excellence aligned with business developing strategies.·Other tasks that assigned by supervisors

l External contacts for this position include customers.
l Internal contacts include all departments related in our company
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN
The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work.Only new work is reviewed before issue all other work is handled independently reporting status to managers/supervisor.
EDUCATION
With relevant education of college or university in Business, International Trade Supply Chain is preferred
LANGUAGE
Demonstrates solid communication(writing and reading skills in English and Chinese)
COMPUTER
Solid Microsoft Excel Skill and ERP System Experience Preferred.
EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years sales Operation or customer service experience in MNC with deep understanding of sales process and customer needs as well as international trading knowledge.
FUNCTIONALCOMPETENCIES
l Familiar with International trade business such as price term payment term insurance freight term and bank negotiation Positive, multitasking and good team player and be able to effectively communicate with different internal customers to ensure positive outcome.Be able to work under pressure
l Good verbal and written communication skills.
l Ability to work to deadlines and set priorities..
