We are an international trading company based in Chengdu, focusing on valves, fittings and pipes for industrial and water infrastructure projects. Due to our rapid grwth and increasing number of customers, inquires, orders, we now have an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individule to join procurement team.

This will be Purchasing and Project Quotation Assistant to support our procurement and sales operations. This role is critical to ensuring all client project requests are accurately quoted and prepared for the managers before being sent to customers. This assistant will also occasionally support the sourcing of new suppliers, as well as working on strategic negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage quotations for multi-product project requests from clients.
• Collect pricing data and update internal databases.
• Coordinate with the internal team to calculate costs and proposed sale prices.
• Occasionally research and identify potential suppliers or manufacturers for specific products.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English with management regarding project status.
• Technical drawing and data-sheet editing and management skills are desirable
• Potential trips to suppliers for product/project control etc.

Requirements:
• Aged between 24 and 30, ideally with 1–3 years of work experience.
• Prior experience in procurement, project quotation, or technical sales is preferred.
• Background or familiarity with metallurgy, industrial components, or piping systems is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling data.
• Good communication skills in English (listening, spoken, reading, written). Chinese as native/mother language.
• High motivation, strong attention to details, and willingness to learn.
• Sharp eyes on identifying good suppliers, good quality products
• Negotiation skills
• Strong sense of confidentiality
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
