Especially risk control for sales team. 2. 根据销售业务发展需要,协助销售处理报价并在oracle 11i 系统中做价格维护与管理。 Working with salesrep on pricing quotation, maintain the price into oracle 11i and daily management according to business requirements. 3. 客户信息的管理及系统维护, 两年一次的客户满意度调查的分析整理。 Customer information management and maintenance into oracle 11i; analyze and organize the biyearly customer satisfaction survey. 4. 日常对销售团队的行政支持及文件准备和盖章工作。 Daily administration supporting and documents preparation and sealed for sales team. 5. 按照公司政策要求完成所有流程给供应商付款。 Payment for vendors and complete the whole process by company policy. 6. 协助销售经理或商务总监对销售团队的管理,制作相关流程,设计及持续完成日常的相关报告 Assist Sales Manager/Business Director for sales team management, design and complete daily reports. 7. 为销售团队协助完成日常或随时用不同角度做业务分析报告及数据支持工作。 Assist to complete business analysis in different view regularly/randomly and data providing support for sales team. 8. 重要过程的跟踪与完成,如每周涨价情况更新,欠款,客户内部转移,客户退货财务系统申请, 客户合同文件类的管理,信用帐期的审查。 Significant processes tracking, Such as.
