整车项目管理

工作内容：
1. Planning, operative managing and following up of whole vehicle and function related development. 整车及功能相关开发的规划、执行管理及后续跟进工作
2.targets: development costs and unit cost, functions, maturity releases, techniques, quality, legal requirement and environment requirements for all projects.
目标：涵盖所有项目的开发成本和单位成本、功能、成熟度版本、技术、质量、法律要求以及环境要求。
3. Steering to reach R&D related project targets. 调整方向以实现与研发相关的项目目标。
4. Submit requests to various platforms and follow up on them, collaborate closely with the Volkswagen Group Technical Project Steering Committee, and prepare relevant reports.
向各类平台提交请求并进行跟进，与技术项目指导委员会密切合作，并准备相关报告。
5.Creation and tracking of the R&D development timeline for the whole vehicle with all related R&D sub-departments.
负责制定并跟踪整个车辆的研发进度计划，同时协调所有相关的研发部门。
6. Coordination of the main milestones across the divisions with regard to the targeted SOP.
就目标标准操作程序（SOP）协调各部门的主要里程碑
7.Presentation of project assumptions and milestone plan in order to create a common understanding of the vehicle project and conflicting targets.
展示项目假设和里程碑计划，以建立对车辆项目和相互冲突的目标的共同理解。
8.Cross-departmental coordination between the product line and development.
产品线与开发部门之间的跨部门协调。
任职资格：
1. At least 5 years of experience in vehicle project management, experience with Volkswagen is a plus;
至少5年整车项目管理经验；
2. Oral English is required as a working language, with good reading and writing skills.
英语口语需要作为工作语言，读写良好。
