CP group is working actively in exploring and attempting all aspects in supply chain area to develop the supply chain business and the integrate logistics services for the group. The promotion of on-line and off-line supply chain business development is helping the traditional agricultural industry, food production, retail enterprises to enhance the supply chain capability to accomodate the new internet retail environment of the modern business and operation requirement. In addition to reduce the logistics cost and improve the food quality, the“Million Catering& Restaurant” program will also be supported to fulfil the taste of the consumers in the future.Having the strong company background of the CP group and the renown logistics experience in Thailand, CP Supply Chain Co. Ltd. is going to have 25 fresh food distribution centers and 15 overseas warehouses, and based on the cloud storage to build over 800 transportation routes. The fresh food home delivery service will then cover all the major cities in China. The company will be able to provide integrated supply chain services to both internal and external customers in transportation, warehouse, information processing, inventory control, product quality control and comprehensive cold chain logistics services. Moreover according to traditional retail and new retail networks, allocation center and distribution center will be built respectively. Self-developed integrated business systems including WMS, TMS, DMS, OMS etc. are setting up for all business units of the Group including online platform for fresh food business and also provide information network platform for the new retail and internet business for model transformation. In future, CP supply chain business will invest in large scale of intelligent fresh food storage logistics center, cold chain warehouse, agriculture products and fresh food processing center.
