Job Responsibilities 工作职责: 1. Expatriate Visa & Work Permit Management 外籍员工签证及工作证管理 *Stay updated on government policies and regulations regarding expatriate work and residence in China. 及时了解并跟进中国外籍员工工作及居留相关法规政策。 *Manage the entire visa and work permit process for new and existing expatriate employees, including application, renewal, and transfer procedures. 负责外籍员工签证及工作证的全流程管理,包括申请、续签及转签手续。 *Handle visa applications for expatriate staff’s dependents and ensure compliance with local regulations. 负责外籍员工家属的签证申请,并确保符合当地法规要求。 *Maintain strong working relationships with relevant government bureaus and visa authorities, collaborating closely with the government affairs team. 与相关政府部门及签证/工作许可机构保持良好合作,并与政府事务团队紧密配合。 *Oversee temporary police registration for expatriate staff living on-site. 负责在华外籍员工的临时住宿登记。 *Assist expatriate staff with background check procedures (e.g., Criminal Record Background check). 协助外籍员工办理无犯罪记录证明等背景调查手续。 2. Expatriate Onboarding & Daily Support 外籍员工入职及日常支持 *Arrange accommodation, airport pick-up, hotel reservations, and assist with pre-arrival inquiries. 负责外籍员工的住宿安排、接机、酒店预订,并解答入职前相关问题。 *Guide new expatriate staff through the onboarding process, including induction package preparation and medical checkup arrangements. 指导外籍员工完成入职流程,包括入职手册准备及体检安排。 *Assist expatriate staff in opening bank accounts and handling salary transfer documentation. 协助外籍员工开设银行账户,并指导其准备工资转账所需文件。 *Support expat staff in reimbursement 协助外籍员工申请津贴报销。 *Provide ongoing support for expatriate staff and their families regarding daily administrative matters and local adaptation. 为外籍员工及其家属提供日常行政、生活支持,帮助其适应当地生活。 3. Expatriate Recruitment 外籍员工招聘 *Support expatriate recruitment by assisting with job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding logistics. 协助外籍员工招聘,包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排及入职协助。 *Keep track of expat talent pool 建立外籍人才库 4. Expatriate Files & Data Management 外籍员工档案及数据管理 *Maintain and update expatriate employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements. 维护并更新外籍员工档案,确保符合法规及公司政策。 *Manage HR databases related to expatriate affairs and generate regular reports for management. 维护外籍员工相关的HR数据,并定期提供相关报告。 5. Staff Well-being & Employee Engagement 员工活动支持 *Support HR in organizing staff well-being programs, such as mental health initiatives, team-building activities, and employee wellness events. 协助HR团队组织员工福利活动,如心理健康活动、团队建设活动等。 *Assist in planning and coordinating events that promote a positive work environment and employee engagement. 协助策划和协调促进积极工作氛围和提升员工归属感的活动。 6. Other HR & Administrative Support 其他人力资源及行政支持 *Provide additional HR support as assigned by the Head of HR. 根据需求,提供额外的人力资源支持。 Qualifications & Requirements 任职要求: *Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English or a related field. 本科及以上学历,人力资源、工商管理、英语等相关专业。 *Minimum of 2 years of experience in expatriate administration, visa processing, HR support, or employee well-being programs. 至少2年外籍员工管理、签证办理、或相关工作经验。 *Strong knowledge of Chinese visa and work permit regulations for expatriates. 熟悉在华外籍员工签证及工作许可政策法规。 *Excellent communication and coordination skills, with fluency in both English and Chinese. 具备优秀的沟通与协调能力,中英文流利。 *Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently. 具备较强的解决问题能力,能够独立开展工作。 *Experience working in an international environment or educational institution is preferred. 具有国际化工作环境或教育行业经验者优先。
