工段长

1.Insure production task is completed both in quality and quantity/确保生产任务按计划保质保量的完成；
2.As per production task and forecast, properly plan production workers, equipment and production shits, to make sure appropriate capacity/根据生产任务和预测，合理规划生产人员，设备及生产班次，以确保适当的产能；
3.Be responsible for product quality in direct charged line/负责直属工段的产品质量；
4.Be responsible for adjuster’s positon training, improve adjuster’s quality sense/负责协调员的岗位培训，提升协调员品质意识；
5.Statistic and report staff attendance over time sheet/统计和上报员工考勤/加班报表；
6.Be responsible for subordinate staff appraisal/负责考核下属员工的业绩；
7.Monthly statistic and report actual value of production appraisal index in direct line, be responsible for analysis the items below standar, make and carry out related remedy measure/每月统计和上报直属工段的生产考核指标实际值，负责对未达标项进行分析，提出并实施相应的整改措施；
8.Monitor production sequence and neatness/监督生产现场的生产秩序及整洁情况；
9.Be familiar with company quality and environment policy and idea/熟知公司的质量与环境方针和理念；
10.Activites while in the company shall comply with national law and regulations, and company internal rules, quality and environment mannual, all the requirements that refered in all level system files/在公司期间的行为应遵守国家法律法规以及公司内部的规章制度、质量与环境手册、各级体系文件中所涉及的各项要素；
11.Support other practices and events as assigned by direct manager/支持其他部门同事工作以及领导交办的其他事情。
