新能源/储能外贸业务助理

Job responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the operation process of foreign trade export business and master the professional knowledge related to foreign trade business
2. Document filling, order follow-up, and after-sales maintenance
3. Contact freight forwarders for quotation, booking, shipment, customs clearance, tax refund and other matters
4. Responsible for contacting and following up on product certification matters
5. Assist sales in receiving customer review factory
6. Other tasks assigned by leaders

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, with at least 2 years of work experience in foreign trade, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
2. Proficient in operating office software, with meticulous file processing skills, able to archive and send emails according to regulations
3. Strong learning and communication skills, good team spirit and sense of collective honor, diligent and meticulous work, able to endure hardship and hard work
4. Passionate about job responsibilities, strong pressure resistance, and strong execution ability
