医药招投标医药企业CRO公司医药制造医药批发/零售贸易/进出口
1. 实时跟踪国家及各省药品集中采购政策动态,深度剖析政策对公司业务的影响,形成专业解读报告;系统收集、整理、分析各省招投标信息,搭建并维护招投标数据库,为公司产品市场布局、销售策略制定提供精准数据支撑。
Real-time tracking of the dynamics of national and provincial centralized drug procurement policies, in-depth analysis of the impact of policies on the company's business, and formation of professional interpretation reports; systematic collection, organization and analysis of provincial bidding and tendering information, establishment and maintenance of a bidding and tendering database, providing precise data support for the company's product market layout and sales strategy formulation.

2. 统筹各省招投标平台产品挂网全流程工作,包括申报资料的精准准备、平台信息规范录入、挂网进度实时跟进以及与平台方的高效沟通协调,确保产品及时、合规完成挂网。
Coordinate the entire process of product listing on the bidding and tendering platforms of all provinces, including the precise preparation of application materials, standardized information entry on the platforms, real-time tracking of listing progress, and efficient communication and coordination with the platform providers, to ensure that the products are listed in a timely and compliant manner.

3. 深度参与投标项目前期筹备,独立完成招标文件的编制、审核工作,运用专业知识完成投标报价测算并提出合理化建议,把控投标项目关键节点。
Deeply involved in the early-stage preparation of bidding projects, independently completed the compilation and review of tender documents, utilized professional knowledge to calculate the bidding quotations and put forward reasonable suggestions, and controlled the key nodes of the bidding projects.

4. 持续跟进投标结果,定期汇总中标数据与竞品信息,通过数据分析为公司产品价格策略优化提供依据;负责产品二次议价及价格联动工作,维护公司产品市场竞争力。
Continuously follow up on the bidding results, regularly summarize the winning bid data and competitive product information, and provide a basis for optimizing the company's product pricing strategy through data analysis; be responsible for the secondary negotiation of product prices and price linkage work, and maintain the market competitiveness of the company's products.

5. 协同销售团队与代理商,及时响应招投标过程中的需求,针对性解决问题。
Collaborate with the sales team and agents to respond promptly to the demands during the bidding and tendering process and solve problems in a targeted manner.

6. 协助处理进出口业务相关工作,保障业务流程顺畅。
Assist in handling work related to import and export business to ensure smooth business processes.
任职要求 Qualifications

1. 本科及以上学历,药学、临床医学、医药营销等医药相关专业优先;国际贸易、市场营销、行政管理等专业,具备医药行业知识背景者亦可。
Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to those majoring in pharmacy, clinical medicine, pharmaceutical marketing and other related fields in the pharmaceutical industry; those majoring in international trade, marketing, administrative management and other fields with a background in the pharmaceutical industry are also acceptable.

2. 3 年及以上招投标相关工作经验,具有医药行业投标、挂网实战经验者优先;熟悉药品集采政策、招投标全流程及相关法律法规。
At least 3 years of relevant experience in bidding and tendering, with practical experience in bidding and listing in the pharmaceutical industry preferred; familiar with the policies of centralized drug procurement, the entire bidding and tendering process and related laws and regulations.

3. 熟练操作办公软件及各类招标系统;具备出色的文字撰写能力,能够高质量完成招标文件、分析报告等文档。
Proficient in operating office software and various bidding systems; possess excellent writing skills and can complete bidding documents, analysis reports and other documents with high quality.

4. 工作态度严谨负责,具备较强抗压能力,能够适应高强度、高时效性的工作节奏;具备良好的团队协作精神与跨部门沟通能力。
Have a rigorous and responsible working attitude, possess strong stress resistance, and be able to adapt to a high-intensity and high-timeliness working rhythm. Have a good team spirit and cross-departmental communication skills.

5. 英语熟练者优先。
With excellent English proficiency are preferred.
