• Assures technical accuracy and quality of all work performed in the mechanical section.
确保机械类所有工作符合技术准确性和质量要求。
• Assist in preparation of business case/ Project charter/ Concept note to User.
协助编制业务案例/项目章程/概念说明书提交给用户。
• Detailed knowledge of API Process & Utility Equipment like Reactor, Centrifuge, Dryers Isolators, Transformer, DG set, Boiler, Chillers etc. in terms of mechanical functions.
精通反应釜、离心机、干燥机隔离器、变压器、发电机组、锅炉、冷却器等API工艺及公用设备在机械功能方面的详细知识。
• Ensure statutory approval / Regulatory approval during each stage of project.
确保项目各阶段获得法定批准/监管批准。
• Preparation of URS/ RDS/Technical specification sheet/ Terms of reference/layouts and drawing.
编制用户需求规范/设备需求规范/技术规格表/工作范围说明书/布局图及图纸。
• Carry out Risk assessment in coordination with Safety/ User.
协同安全部门/用户开展风险评估。
• Preparation of bar chart /project schedule along with major Milestone.
编制包含主要里程碑的甘特图/项目进度计划。
• Co-ordinates with contractors and sub-contractors for scheduling work.
协调承包商与分包商的工作排期。
• Co-ordination with concerned department heads for timely execution of engineering activities.
与相关部门负责人协作确保工程活动按时执行。
• Monitoring and tracking of all activities ensuring time, cost, and quality are maintained.
监控所有活动，确保时间、成本和质量得到控制。
• To ensure GMP documentation completion for engineering scope of work.
确保完成工程范围内的GMP文件编制。
• Handover of the project to user from engineering point of view.
向用户移交项目资料。
1. Handle breakdown maintenance to avoid recurrence & maintain continuous operations日常维护和故障处理
• Solve mechanical, hardware/software, VFD programming, PLC hardware/software problems.
解决机械，硬件/ 软件，VFD编程，PLC硬件/软件等问题。
• Monitor production equipment in daily operations to keep track of equipment operating status, Machine troubleshooting.
在日常运作中对生产设备进行监控，掌握设备运行状态，故障的排除。
• Responsible for investigating, reviewing, and following up on all deviations, change control, and CAPAs.etc. related to mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
负责调查、审查和跟进与机械、机械、仪表系统相关的所有偏差、变更和CAPA等。
• Responsible and conduct the preventive& corrective maintenance and repair know-how training to maintenance technicians

• Participate in the design, monitoring and continuous improvement of the quality system

• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of cross-functional teams.

• Implement new technologies in the plant initiated by management.

• Energy conservation idea generation, guidance for implementation at site
在现场提出节能理念并指导实施。
3. Equipment Reliability设备可靠性
• Maintaining process equipment through regular maintenance as directed by the department manager to stabilize production.
根据部门经理指示，通过定期保养对工艺设备进行维护保养 ，从而使生产稳定运转
• Develop reliability enhancement plans for equipment.
制定设备可靠性提高计划。
• Develop SOP documents for maintenance of production equipment and keep SOPs up to date as needed.
制定生产设备的维护SOP文件，并根据需要及时对SOP更新。
• Responsible to plant maintenance and repair strategy, and timely review& check the effectiveness of preventive maintenance and repair plan.
负责制定工厂的维护和维修策略，并根据需要定期回顾相关维护和维修的有效性。
• Review maintenance schedules & optimize maintenance strategies to address reliability, integrity and efficiency improvement.
检查维修计划，优化维修策略，提高可靠性，完整性和效率。
• Responsible for equipment failure cause analysis and summarization, equipment performance improvement

4. Follow HSE standards to maintain high level of Safety performance遵循HSE标准，以保持高水平的安全性能
• Maintain proper procedures for safety permits in plant.
维护工厂安全许可的正确程序。
• Ensure that all activities of the site are carried out safely with the help of procedures developed in accordance with codes & standards.
确保现场的所有活动都能按照规范和标准安全进行。
• Ensure that contractors follow strict and rigorous enforcement of all required safety, health and environmental standards
确保承包商遵循严并严格执行所有必须的安全，健康和环境标准
5. Maintain the plant in accordance with cGMP and GMP requirements of the countries to which the products are exported and strictly adhere to good engineering practices in the execution of the work.
按照产品出口国家的cGMP和GMP要求维护工厂，并在工作执行过程中严格遵守良好的工程规范。
6. Any other task allocated by Manger. 经理分配的任何其他任务。
