Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform. Implement system solutions, including programming backend and frontend components extending the Power Platform environment/system capabilities • Must be able to be on-site in China (Rugao) • Proficient in both Mandarin and English • Experienced with Power Platform • Additionally, since this is a new platform for many users, there is a need to conduct on-site training for Power Platform, covering introductory sessions as well as guidance on how to get started and effectively use the tools. Skill set: • 5+ years of Software Implementation experience with 3+ years in leading and delivering Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. • Associated platform skills such as SPFx, PnP, Power Apps, Power Automate and Syntex. • Implement Solutions: Design, configure, and deploy environments, including identity and access management • Experienced in client-focused consulting, especially leading initiatives. • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation • Support of internal customers, writing usage guides and organizing trainings • Strong communication and collaboration skills Secondary skills (Good to have) • Change management: Drive change management processes, influencing decisions and engaging with stakeholders. • Keep up to date with new M365 features and capabilities and assess their potential impact on the organization. • Technical knowledge of Azure Functions and webhooks. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
