Candidate will need command of these areas to help •Performing environmental and mechanical stress tests including shock, drop, and vibration. •Failure analysis techniques such as optical microscopy, x-ray or CT scans, scanning electron microscopy, FTIR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. •Fundamental failure analysis methodology to derive a root cause of failure. •Knowledge of industry test standards from JEDEC, ASTM, and IEEE. •Application of Design of Experiments and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis. •Electrical/Mechanical/Materials Engineering or Physical Sciences. •Data coding / analysis skill like Python, R, Tableau etc. Education and Experience • BS, MS. or PhD Engineering degree • 4+ years of experience in a related field or industry
