1.Can have fluent English communication
2.Switching : STP, HSRP, Port-Channel, VTP (if they have Switch related working experience and have they know these concepts and have related experience.)
3.Routing: OSPF, BGP (if they have Routing related working experience and have they know these concepts and have related experience.)
4.Wireless: AP Join Process, Flexconnect (if they have wireless related working experience and they know these concept and have related experience.)
5.Situation Based Questions to check knowledge and problem-solving capabilities. (team will interview)
