职位描述
1.依照ITIL管理规范进行业务应用系统的日常运作和管理，保证达到瑞能和北京瑞能公司的要求的服务等级；
2.依据公司内部控制的相关要求与流程，负责IT用户的权限和账号管理；
3.根据软件开发进度和小组主管任务分配，按预定时间完成相应的软件模块的开发；
4.依据相关软件系统和操作流程，为用户提供必要的培训和疑难解答；
5.根据业务需要维护和更新现有应用程序，也包括新IT工具和查询报表的开发；
6.完成部门因业务需求安排的其他工作。
1.专科或以上程度计算机相关专业；
2.5年以上半导体行业MES系统开发或维护经验，精通至少一种程序开发语言（JAVA,VB,C/C++,C#), 精通数据库编程语言(T-SQL,PL/SQL)，熟悉SQL server and Oracle 数据库管理；
