Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement effective maintenance solutions for equipment.
• Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports on equipment condition.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and operational protocols at all times.
• Participate in emergency response operations and assist in resolving critical incidents promptly.
• Develop and update maintenance procedures to optimize wellhead performance and reliability.
• Monitor wellhead performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in training junior technicians on maintenance techniques and safety protocols.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements in maintenance.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience in wellhead maintenance or similar roles.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills with a focus on wellhead systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Proven track record of maintaining safety and compliance in field operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in equipment diagnosis.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and handle complex tools or machinery.
