职位描述
- 负责食堂日常菜品烹饪，包括凉菜、热菜、汤品等制作，严格把控菜品质量、口味和品相，确保菜品新鲜、安全、可口。
- 熟悉各类食材的处理方法和烹饪技巧，能根据就餐人数合理搭配菜品，控制食材损耗，杜绝浪费。
- 严格遵守食堂卫生管理制度，保持灶台、厨具、操作区域的清洁卫生，做到生熟分开，防止交叉污染。
- 配合食堂管理人员制定菜单，根据季节变化和就餐需求调整菜品，积极创新菜式，提升就餐体验。
- 服从管理人员安排，完成其他与食堂烹饪相关的工作任务。
- 身体健康，持有有效健康证，无传染病及其他不适宜从事食品行业的疾病。
- 有5年及以上食堂、餐馆等相关烹饪工作经验，能熟练掌握家常菜、大锅菜的烹饪方法，会做凉菜者优先。
- 责任心强，吃苦耐劳，服从管理，有良好的团队合作意识，工作认真细致。
- 熟悉食品卫生安全规范，能严格按照操作流程作业，注重个人卫生。
