Main tasks: Quality assurance, test equipment planning, further staff recruitments, approval audits management, ISO certifications. 1.Supervision of measuring laboratories 2.Carrying out quality inspections 3.Quality assurance(compilation of statistics) 4.Incoming goods inspection 5.QM representative (ISO 9001 quality management system) 6.EX representative (coordination of manufacturing processes for Ex products (ISO80079-34) 7.Handling of various audits. 8.Regular exchanges with local management, VEGA Schiltach departments (QA, PCS, Corporate management) 9.Monitoring of suppliers and further developments,mainly support the procurement department 10.Development of local Quality department staff
Desired qualification: 1.Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in electrical engineering/instrumentation engineering/pressure engineering or related fields; 2. 5 years or more of relevant work experience; 3. Analyse devices 4.Operating devices 5. Knowledge in the field of testing technology 6.Very good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 7.Knowledge and experience over Ex devices (Hazardous areas, ATEX, IECEx.) 8.Willingness to learn for the tasks of a Test Equipment Supervisor 9.Knowledge of the functionality of the test stations in order to install, repair or maintain test stations with the German colleagues in the Test Technology department 10. Three years or more of work experience in a foreign company; 11.Fluent English speaking and writing skills are preferred; 12. German language skills is preferred;
