工作职责
• Design synthetic route and synthetic plan based on the chemistry plan using SciFinder/Reaxys or AI design software. Strong ability of designing the efficient and convergent synthetic route. Skilled in literature search
• Deep understanding on organic chemistry and mechanism
• Expertise in trouble shooting and optimizing multi-step synthesis of small molecules
• Manage a team up to 10 chemists for high-quality delivery of small molecular compounds and
• Support the daily work of the project leader and report the progress to the supervisor
• 50% time on the bench for trouble shooting, 50% time on team management
任职资格
• Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry, or related fields, graduated from US or EU are preferred
• Undergraduate school in China 985 is preferred
• Good English oral and writing communication skills
