PMP
岗位职责:
1. Integrated Project Leadership (Discovery & IND-Enabling)
•Program Strategy: Direct end-to-end execution of complex, multi-stage programs spanning hit-to-lead optimization, candidate selection, and comprehensive IND-enabling studies (e.g., GLP tox, CMC development, and regulatory filing support).
•Proactive Risk Management: Anticipate developmental bottlenecks across chemistry, biology, and safety assessment workflows, designing proactive mitigation strategies before they impact timelines.
•Seamless Handoffs: Oversee smooth cross-functional transitions between discovery research teams and development/manufacturing (CMC) groups to maintain data integrity and project momentum.
2. Key Account Management & Growth
•Strategic Partnership: Act as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for designated key accounts, cultivating relationships across client biotech and pharma organizations.
•Portfolio Expansion: Drive up-selling and cross-selling by aligning client pipeline goals with internal CRDMO capabilities spanning both discovery and development services.
•Performance Reviews: Lead periodic business reviews and milestone gate meetings with clients to present scientific achievements, strategic insights, and value metrics.
3. Advanced Cross-Functional & Executive Alignment
•Scientific Translation: Synthesize complex data from chemistry, bioassays, DMPK studies, and CMC packages into high-level executive summaries and regulatory-ready updates.
•Resource & Financial Tracking: Monitor program budgets, forecast resource utilization, and partner with finance and laboratory heads to ensure profitable service delivery.
任职要求:
•Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacology, Biotechnology, or a related Life Science discipline.
•Experience: At least 5 years of technical project management or key account management experience within a CRDMO, CRO, or biopharma, with hands-on exposure drug discovery and/or CMC programs.
•Industry Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of the integrated drug discovery and development lifecycle
