How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop independent technical solutions with a focus on cost, time, and requirements.
• Develop concepts, conduct feasibility studies, and perform deep-dive analyses to assess risks and opportunities.
• Design and update 3D models, 2D drawings, Bills of Materials (BoMs), and data sheets.
• Update documentation in accordance with project management processes.
• Provide technical support for ongoing products, including technical clarification, design updates, and quality improvements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships within the local factory and with global R&D partners.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in mechanical engineering with at least 2 years of experience in research, development, or testing of high voltage switchgear.
• Outstanding knowledge of mechanical theory, including stress calculation, force calculation, kinematics, mechanics, and mechanical vibration.
• Structural thinking to determine the best path for complex challenges, with the ability to build reasonable plans and schedules.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ProE or equivalent experience; skills in Ansys and Matlab are a plus.
• A proactive, driven, and confident working style.
• Strong oral and written English skills for effective technical communication.
