A Snapshot of Your Day
Commercial Officer Perform a variety of financial activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization's financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Maintain and updated project info/data in SAP and project-related system once a project kicks off and during project execution.
- Conduct month-end closing tasks for internal and external projects.
- Update actual/FC reports required for project controlling on a month basis.
- Contract management in internal cross-border transactions and proceed tax and bank process under the support from group functions.
- Liaison with other internal functions, including Legal, Tax, SFS, Insurance, etc.
- Play a role as Commercial Project Manager in project execution.
- Supports Sales Management, focus on BA of Sales Management. Focus on order intake forecast.
- Supports implementation of financial and business administration policies, standards and procedures
- Accomplishes financial analysis, planning and controlling activities, and all related business administration activities.
- Supports in the preparation of complex bids or tenders for project business.
- Checks content and analyzes customer contracts, to ensure compliant and standardized contract management.
- Work with sales group for sales data history and pipeline analysis
- Prepare the cash plan monthly report
- Client visiting and collect cash
- Bill after delivery client and commissioning
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Laws, Trading or similar.
- Fluent language skills in English, including oral and written
- 3-5 years relevant experiences
- Good knowledge of MS Office(especially Excel), knowledge in SAP/Spiridon is a plus
- Ability to cooperate, strong communication skills, object orientated and customer focus.
