ITIRI (Project Coordinator)
Responsibilities
l Assist project managers in advancing assigned tasks to ensure the efficient implementation and landing of cross-border projects.
l Participate in early-stage project communication and business negotiations; take responsibility for project implementation, planning, follow-up, and coordination, and proactively drive progress.
l Support international project expansion, promoting resource sharing and cross-sector collaboration between Chinese and Korean enterprises.
l Maintain regular communication with government agencies and partner companies to ensure smooth information flow; build and sustain long-term cooperative relationships with external stakeholders such as government bodies, industry associations, research institutes, investment institutions, and enterprises.
l Assist the team in applying for talent, research, and technology-related project qualifications, and provide support for project commercialization and market expansion.
l Carry out other tasks assigned by the management team to ensure steady advancement of overall business operations.
Requirements
l TOPIK Level 5 or above, or proficient Korean language skills for business communication.
l Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, with a high sense of responsibility and the ability to maintain customer and partner relationships.
l Familiarity with project management processes, with solid organizational, execution, and cross-team collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
l Basic knowledge of industries such as biomedicine, semiconductors, and new energy; prior experience in project or market development in these sectors is preferred.
l Familiarity with national, provincial, and municipal industrial policies; experience in investment, financing, or intellectual property is a plus.
l Strong English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) to support international cooperation and communication.
