一、、岗位职责
1、协调内部资源以响应客户的技术询问，为达成客户目标提供灵活可选的技术解决方案；
Coordinate and consolidate the response process to customer's technical inquiries and provide flexible/alternative technology solutions to achieve customer objectives.
2、关键产品(如新技术开发、关键NPI项目和认证产品)制作的跟进与管理；
Follow up and manage critical product build such as new technical development, critical NPI project and qualification product build.
3、协助处理异常DFM问题；
DFM trouble shooting
4、为销售团队的业务拓展、产品开发提供技术支持；
Provide strategic technical guidance to Sales team for business expansion and product development initiatives.
5、汇报和展示公司技术能力更新, 收集/汇总客户技术趋势，行业技术发展趋势及竞争对手信息
Sythesize and present technical capability updates; conduct market intelligence analysis on customer / industry trends and competitor landscapes.
6、需要陪同来访客户，出差拜访客户（包括海外出差），向客户推介公司的新产品新技术，促进业务增长。
Lead customer engagements (on-site visits, domestic/international travel) to promote technology solutions and accelerate business growth.
二、任职要求
1、本科或以上学历，熟练的英语听说读写能力；
Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
2、拥有8年以上PCB/载板工厂产品工程、工艺工程岗位经验，熟悉载板或高端HDI；
Over 8 years of experience in product engineering or process engineering within PCB/substrate manufacturing, with expertise in substrates or high-end HDI.
3、了解项目管理需求, 有一定的项目管理技能；
Knowledge & Skills of project management.
4、积极主动，责任心强，能适应出差；
Initiative and responsible, domestic / international travel is required by this job.
5、良好的沟通能力和组织协调能力，能组织多部门协作达成客户需求。
Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to meet customer needs.
