Machining Tool Application Engineer/ 机加工刀具应用工程师

Job responsibilities：
1. Supporting sales engineer to propose machining processes, tool layout, cycle time and make the quotation according to customer’s requirement;
2. Providing technical support to sales engineer to solve the tool problems during the machining process and cooperate with other departments to provide feasible plan of tool performance optimization;
3. Be responsible for the analysis, optimization and verification of tool problems in related fields, and follow up the status and delivery date of tools;
4. Supporting sales engineer to debug the test tool or whole project in customer;
5. Be responsible for technical connection, project inquiry and other work with colleagues in headquarters, global technology and production departments;
6. Be responsible for technical communication with customer and provide products training for customer. Understanding customer’s needs and feedback to sales engineer and technical departmen;
7. Organize and file the relevant information in the whole tool life cycle;
8. Other tasks assigned.
Job requirements：
1. College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering related;
2. More than two years of operating experience in CNC machining center, familiar with tool configuration and selection of machining center;
3. Be familiar with the machining of machine tool, automobile, aerospace, engineering machinery parts and tool design process;
4. Be familiar with the basic knowledge of metal cutting, and a certain theoretical basis in the application of cutting tools is required;
5. Fluent in written and spoken English, at least 3 years working experience in foreign company;
6. Proficient in AutoCAD, Pro / E, office and other office software;
7. High sense of responsibility, good organization and coordination ability and communication ability;
8. Strong ability of innovative and execution, good at problem shooting and solving;
9. Frequent travelling is required.
岗位职责：
1. 配合销售工程师根据客户工件图纸要求，制定工艺、刀具方案和节拍计算，同时进行报价支持工作；
2. 对销售工程师提供技术支持，解决客户使用刀具过程中遇到的问题，并配合其他部门提供刀具性能再优化可行性方案；
3. 负责相关领域刀具问题的分析、优化、验证，跟进刀具的状态及交期；
4. 协助销售工程师对试验刀具和项目进行现场调试；
5. 负责与总部及全球技术和生产部门同事进行技术对接，项目询价等工作；
6. 负责与客户进行技术交流，定期对客户进行产品技术培训，了解客户需求，并及时反馈给销售工程师及技术部门负责人；
7. 对刀具全生命周期内的相关信息进行整理并归档；
8. 上级交付的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，机械相关专业；
2. 二年以上CNC加工中心实践经验，熟悉加工中心机床的刀具配置和选型；
3. 熟悉机床、汽车、航空航天、工程机械零部件的加工及刀具设计工艺；
4. 熟悉金属切削基础知识，在刀具应用方面有一定的理论基础；
5. 英语书面和口语流利，3年以上外企相关工作经验；
6. 熟练使用AutoCAD、Pro/e、office等办公软件；
7. 高度的责任感、良好的组织协调能力、沟通能力；
8. 创新能力和执行力强，善于发现并解决问题；
9. 能够经常性出差。
