职位介绍
Key responsibilities:
Assist pilot plant manager to implement all pilot plant trials. This includes chocolate trials chocolate making and coating.
Ensure equipment is ready and operational for trials and lab experiments.
Responsible for daily maintenance and operation of the pilot plant equipment.
Ensure all raw materials related for trials is ready.
Collect data and provide technical feedback while run trials.
Make post trials report and document.
Implement safety devices inspection system as schedule to make all equipment safety devices can work properly to prevent damage to persons or property.
Follow up all safety and quality improvements.
Regularly inspect, purchase, collect, store and dispose raw materials and samples.

Key requirements:
College degree or above in Engineering, food science, chemistry or relevant field of work.
GMP/Safety experience to guarantee appropriate activities inside pilot plant to ensure good quality sample deliver.
Able to work independently, also contribute as a team player
Excellent computer skills, including the use of on-line database search and research capabilities.
Effective Communicator (English oral and written)
Team player, with strong focus on safety, quality and timelines.
