维修员Mechanician

职责与任务 Responsibilities and tasks
跟对班进行交接，了解上个班的状况（书面交接和面对面交接）；
Handover with the transfer class, understanding the last class status (in written transfer and face-to-face handover);
发现设备异常，并按时进行维修；
Check and repair on time;
对于自己不能及时处理的必须向领班反馈并跟进处理结果；
To feedback and deal with the follow up for their own can not be timely treatment;
任何异常导致生产停产达到30分钟，必须向领班汇报；
Any abnormal production stop caused by up to 30 minutes, must report to shift Leader
紧急状态（断水，断电，断气或暴雨等）下，应急维修
A state of emergency (water, electricity, gas or heavy rain), should emergency repair
检查现场各项维修表单的执行情况，对于未按照要求执行的予以纠正或处理；
The implementation of the inspection site of the repair of the form, not in accordance with the requirements to be corrected or the execution of processes;
每天规范、如实填写保养表单，并按时将各类数据录入系统
Every day to fill the standard maintenance form, and key in all to the system on time
每天对所属区域进行5S检查并整改，

贯彻执行车间纪律和公司各项制度,
Implement workshop discipline and the system of the company,
检查区域内工具是否按要求正确使用,确认维修配件是否及时出库并记录,及时提出申请补充;
The examination region tools are required when used correctly, confirm whether repair parts library and records timely, timely apply supplement;
每周根据停机时间达成状况，制定相应的PDCA并跟踪执行直至问题解决；
According to weekly downtime to reach a situation, formulate the corresponding PDCA and follow up until the issue is resolved;

a)专业教育 Professional education
初中以上学历；
Middle school or above.
b)专业经验 Professional experience
半年以上工厂相关工作经验；

熟练使用办公自动化软件；
Skilled use of office automation software.
培训后能了解线束产品和生产工艺；
Know the harness products and production process after training
d)能力 Abilities
分析和解决问题的能力；
