辅助销售材料项目经理 - POS Display Project Manager

2. Report to: General Manager 汇报对象：总经理
3. Duties:
a. Sourcing: research for suppliers according to product
ranges or actual project, review suppliers’ details (experience, capacity, machines, certifications), visit new and existing suppliers, maintain database of suppliers and collect information (audit report, business license, brochure). 采购：根据产品系列或实际项目寻找供应商，审核供应商详情（经验、产能、机器、认证），拜访新老供应商，维护供应商数据库并收集信息（审核报告、营业执照、宣传册）。
b. Product development: review requests, collaborate with engineers for technical drawings, manage prototype making, set quality standards and packing, inquire factories for pricing, prepare price offers to clients. 产品开发：审核请求，与工程师协作进行技术图纸绘制，管理原型制作，制定质量标准和包装，询问工厂定价，准备报价给客户。
c. Manufacturing management: negotiate pricing, review
product specifications (bill of materials, bill of quantity), organize kick-off meeting before production, manage production and budget, implement quality control process, product testing and certification. 生产管理：协商价格，审核产品规格（材料清单、数量清单），在生产前组织启动会议，管理生产和预算，实施质量控制流程，产品测试和认证。
d. Logistics: calculate volume, make loading plan,
optimize space, compare pricing, issue documentation, book spaces and follow on deliveries. 物流：计算体积，制定装载计划，优化空间，对比价格，发布文件，预定仓位并跟踪交货。
e. Other responsibilities as assigned by immediate supervisor 直属上司分配的其他职责
4. Working time: 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday – if working on weekends, leave in lieu is granted to compensate the time 工作时间：周一至周五，上午8点30 至下午5点。如在周末工作，则可调休。
5. Travelling: 30% of total working time, and 95% of time in Guangdong 出差：出差时间占总工作时间的30%，95%的出差在广东省内。
6. Skills: 技能：
a. Knowledge of materials, tooling, processing and finishing 具有材料、工具、加工和精加工的知识
b. Experience managing orders with factories, production lines, manufacturing timelines and a multi-vendor’ supply chain 具备与工厂、生产线、生产时间表及多供应商供应链相关的订单管理经验
c. Technical knowledge about structure, mechanic, industrial design either through academic learning or professional experience in a related field (furniture, indoor architecture, shop fitting, indoor decoration) 通过学术学习或在相关领域（家具、室内建筑、店铺装修、室内装饰）的专业经验获得结构、机械、工业设计的技术知识。
d. Foresee technical skills and pitfalls encountered in production according to brief 能够根据简报预见生产中遇到的技术问题和困难。
e. Knowledge and experience in quality control, testing standards and social compliance are strong plus 具备质量控制、测试标准和社会合规方面的知识和经验者优先。
f. Proven Project Management Skills and sense of logic 拥有优秀的项目管理技能和逻辑感
g. Experience working with suppliers to negotiate costs and schedules 具备与供应商协商成本和时间表的工作经验
h. Independent thinking, strong organization and planning abilities
and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential拥有独立思考能力、强大的组织和规划能力以及优秀的分析和解决问题的能力。
i. Excellent internal and external communications, ability to work as part of a team and assign responsibilities to various position holders 出色的内外部沟通能力，能够作为团队的一员工作，并向不同职位持有者分配职责
j. Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus 良好的英语和普通话口语及书写能力，懂粤语者优先。
k. Highly proficient in MS Office Software, high aptitude for MS
Excel 精通微软Office软件，尤其是Excel
l. Skilled in 3D software, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
appreciated 熟练使用3D软件、Photoshop及Adobe Illustrator者优先。
m. Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments 在快节奏、高能量环境中出色表现的经验
n. Ability to work from an ERP system for work/HR management 能够使用ERP系统进行工作/人力资源管理
