Shanghai Grow-Fun S&J, as the Asian Support Center for MCE (Mission Critical
Electronics), is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead structural design
and manufacturing introduction for portable power and new energy products. We
emphasize reliability, manufacturability, and cost efficiency, driving

工作职责/ Responsibilities

将将便携式电源和储能产品从概念转化为完整的产品模型，并提供包含详细物料清单（BOM）和完整图纸包的可落地方案；Take ideas from the concept to complete models with detailed BOM and
complete drawing packages for portable power and energy storage products.
参与热管理、EMC屏蔽、跌落/振动等可靠性设计，确保产品满足户外严苛环境要求；Contribute to thermal management, EMI shielding, and mechanical robustness (drop/vibration) for harsh outdoor use.
协同相关供应商（总装测试、模具、钣金、注塑等），主导各项DFx评审 (制造，质量，供应链等)。Lead DFx (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, etc) reviews with various suppliers (assembly & testing, mold, sheet metal).
负责所分配的项目（NPI/CPE/CR）项目，从规划与关键节点跟踪，到跨部门协调，确保项目按时交付；Manages all assigned projects (New Product Introduction, Current Product Engineering, Cost Reduction, etc), from planning and milestone tracking to cross-functional coordination, ensuring on-time delivery.
负责原型样品及量产样品的验证与认证工作，包括常规检验、供应商首件报告审核以及第三方测试报告审核。
Manages verification and certification of prototypes and production
samples, including in-house inspection, supplier’s first article report review,
and 3rd part test report review.

岗位要求/ Requirements

机械工程、机电一体化或相关专业本科及以上学历；
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical
Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
3–8年工业设备或新能源产品结构设计经验，有移动电源、储能柜、户外设备经验者优先；
3–8 years of mechanical design experience in
industrial equipment, or new energy products. Experience with portable
power, energy storage, or outdoor products is a plus.
精通 SolidWorks，能独立完成从概念到量产的全套机械设计；熟悉 GD&T、常用工程材料（金属/塑料）；
Proficient in SolidWorks; capable of end-to-end mechanical design.
Familiar with GD&T, and common materials (metal/plastic).
具备良好英文读写能力，能阅读技术文档、与海外团队邮件沟通；口语可基础交流；
Able to read/write technical documents in English and communicate via
email with global teams. Basic spoken English is required.
强沟通与项目推动力，能在资源有限的小团队中主动协调、解决问题；
Strong communication and project coordination skills; proactive in driving
solutions within a lean team.
熟悉注塑、钣金、压铸、机加工等工艺，了解模具开发流程；
Knowledge of plastic injection, sheet metal, die-casting, and CNC
processes; understanding of mold development.
