海运单证板块（朝九晚六+周末双休）

Responsibilities:
· Follow SOP to verify data/information and complete system update. 遵循SOP要求核对数据及信息，完成系统录入
· Follow SOP to complete one or more tasks, including but not limited HBL generation, AMS/ISF submission, Debit Note generation, Customs clearance documents collection and sending，Customs clearance documents review and PGA documents collection etc. And follow and resolve related exception cases. 遵循SOP 要求完成以下一项或多项任务，包括但不限于提单制作、AMS/ISF发送、账单制作、清关文件收集和发送，清关文件的合规性审核等，以及处理解决对应的异常问题。
· Achieve KPI goal with accuracy and timeliness. 准确及时达成KPI要求
· Cooperate with partner teams to solve related issues, and handle other operation exceptions and projects. 与各相关团队协作处理相关问题，以及其他异常处理和项目跟进
· Respond to basic customer inquiries by phone and email. 通过电话以及邮件回复客户关于订单的基础咨询
· Additional duties assigned by managers. 经理或主管安排的其他工作任务
Basic qualifications:
· 0-3 years industry working experience of ocean freight, international logistics or trade, better for similar job function of operations. 0-3年海运，国际物流或国际贸易等行业工作经验，有类似工作经验者优先
· Good written and reading skills in English. 良好的英语书写和阅读能力
· Be familiar with Microsoft Office Software. 熟练使用办公软件
· Be able to multi-tasks and maintain composure. 能够同时进行多任务并保持沉着
· Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently. 能够按时完成工作，自主确定任务完成的优先次序，保持对细节的强烈关注，并能独立工作
· College degree or above. 大专学历及以上
