Purpose of the position 职位工作：
- To operate as the frontline contact for customers by providing a professional total quality customer service covering queries, order fulfilment, complaint handling and other activities and providing related sales support as well
- 作为客户的一线联系人，涵盖查询，订单履行，投诉处理和其他Call Center活动，提供专业全面优质的客户服务，和相关的销售支持
Principal responsibilities 主要职责：
- Take customers’ orders and liaise with other order taking functions to ensure that customers` needs are satisfied, inform the customer promptly in case of delays or problems to ensure full adherence to agreed SLAs
- 接收客户的订单并与其他订单相关功能部門保持联系，以满足客户的需求，在出现延误或问题时及时通知客户，以确保完全遵守约定
- Accurate identification and recording of customer enquiries with appropriate ownership and resolution by all current and future on-line systems including those which interact with other departments
- 准确记录客户的查询，通过现有或将来的在线系统（包括与其他部门交互的系统）为客户提供解决方案
- Take responsibility to ensure accurate billing is provided to customer in a timely and consistent manner
- 负责确保及时，长期地向客户提供准确的账单
- As coordinator to deal with each complaint from customer to ensure the action plan occurred and feedback to customer timely and effectively
- 作为协调员处理客户的每项投诉，以确保采取行动计划并及时有效地反馈给客户
- Achieves personal and team targets regarding internal monitor system
- 实现个人和团队目标
- Providing related sales support as required
- 根据需要提供相关的销售支持
- Perform other assignments and duties as required by his / her supervisors or the Company.

Required qualifications/experience招聘要求/经验：
- 5+ years related customer service for related experience, HK customer service experience is preference.
- 5年以上相关客户服务经验，有服务香港客户经验优先
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- 优秀的口头和书面交流能力
- Good interpersonal skill
- 良好的人际交往能力
- SAP knowledge, an understanding of basic accounting knowledge is desirable
- SAP知识，对基本会计知识有了解
- Available to accept flexible working hours
- 可以接受弹性工作时间
- Good English skill and Native Cantonese & Fluency Mandarin
- 良好的英语水平,纯正的广东话和流利的普通话
- Accuracy and high concentration skills
- 准确和专注
- Good Excel data analysis skill
- 良好的excel数据分析能力
- Experience on promoting online business is preference
- 有网上业务推广经验优先
