Description Summary & Scope: This role will be focusing on recruitment for hourly employees, plant employee communication, HR operations,and data analysis. Position Responsibilities: Lead the recruitment, hiring and onboarding of hourly employees to support manufacturing operations. Conduct orientation and training for newly hired hourly employees as needed. Participate in department DDS meetings and maintain close communication with staff. Assist with handling employee relations issues and ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations. Perform monthly, quarterly and annual HR data analysis and reporting. Qualifications: Bchelor’s degree, No specific major required 5 years of human resources/employee relations Experience in manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience Familiar with Chinese Labor law and local regulations Data sensitivity is a plus. Excellent PC skills, to include Microsoft Office required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
